Mr. David Ku, Standing Committee Member

Mr. David Ku is currently the Fundraising Committee Vice Chairman of Sheen Hok Charitable Foundation. Since young, his family has been educating him about how a business operator should be considerate of others by bearing social responsibilities. Therefore, apart from assisting his father in managing the family business, he also actively participates in many charitable causes in hopes to give back to society.

During the past year, Mr. Ku has been heavily involved in the Sheen Hok Rising Sun Project, which provides immediate and appropriate counselling andtreatment to students and families of the underprivileged with special education needs (SEN), and has shown remarkable results. Additionally, with his creative marketing strategies, he has also been driving fundraising campaigns for Operation Smile for the provision of free surgeries in China for children born with cleft lip and palate, helping them regain their brightest smiles.

Bringing his own philanthropic experience to the business elite-studded Federation, Mr. Ku hopes that his fellow members can take the best advantage of the long-term development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area. He believes that with mutual support among members, the platform will deliver a win-win situation with promising results.
